This is a quiet apartment in front of the sea, on the same promenade of Caldetes (Caldes d’Estrach). You can come by train, the station is just a five-minute walk away. The train line connects with Barcelona city in less than an hour. The market, bars, restaurants, municipal spa, are a ten minute walk away. Port Balís is at the end of the promenade. You can practice, wind-surf, padel-surf. You can enjoy in family a fantastic day. YOU HAVE THE BEACH IN FRONT OF THE APARTMENT.

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total Price of the reservation will be charged.

The remaining amount must be paid in cash upon arrival.
