The apartment is located in a classic building where other families live. Thus, we ask you to follow appropriate measures coexistence, you know, no noise, no put the TV or loud music, respect the schedules rest of the neighbors, be respectful of the building, etc. We thank you for your attention.
Please advise the person who will welcome you to the apartment your arrival time in Barcelona to allow your contact to welcome you to the flat upon your arrival.
It would be very much appreciated if you could call the person in charge once you have arrived at the airport or the station so that person will know you have encountered no delays. If you know your arrival time is being modified please directly contact the person in charge.
Check-in takes place until 21:00. Please note, the following surcharges apply for late check-in:
EUR 30 after 22:00
EUR 50 after 01:00
Please note, the property reserves the right to charge for any damages caused to the apartments.
The remaining balance and the tourist tax (0.72€/person/day) must be paid in cash on your arrival at the apartment. Should you paid with a credit card, you will be charged an extra 2% to cover fees.
